Primary School Wincenty Witos in Łowce has been in operation since 1952, pursuant to the Decision on the organization of a public general secondary school, issued by the Presidium of the Provincial National Council in Rzeszów.
The village Lowce is located in the Jaroslawski district between the towns of Jaroslaw and Przemysl near the A4 motorway.
